The hotel offers 34 individually decorated suites set within 8 original Fairy Chimneys. Each suite uses natural stone walls, fireplaces, wood-carved door frames, and hydro-massage baths. Over 500 historical artifacts, including pots, tiles, and cases, are displayed throughout the property.

The wellness area includes the largest spa facilities in Göreme with a dry sauna, wet sauna, indoor pool, and a marble Turkish hammam.
